Mechanical Requirements:
Trim and bleed sizes: Trim size 81/2 x 10 7/8. Bleed size 8 ¾ x 11 1/8. Please note important illustration and type should be kept ¼” from the trim and ¼” from gutter to avoid problems with visibility or trimming.
Resolution: 300dpi-CMYK
Method of Printing: Web offset, 4 color process
Proof Required: We strongly recommend that a proof be submitted with any digital file. If you elect not to provide one, Exodus is not responsible for any color inaccuracies or text and image discrepancies on your ad.
Acceptable formats: High Res Adobe PDF (with bleed), Photoshop EPS or Tiff Files (Files must be in CMYK)

Additional Services
Layout, design and composition is billed at $25/hr. Art prepared by Exodus will be billed to the advertiser. Becomes the property of the advertiser. However, materials will be stored for 12 months and then destroyed unless otherwise instructed by the advertiser at the time of insertion.
Payment Terms
Payment is due with the submission of ad by material due date. All returned checks will be assessed a $35 charge. There is a 45% deposit required at the time of signing the contract in order hold your spot. The deposit will go toward the final payment.
